If you’d like to explore the park on two wheels rather than on foot, why not pedal your way through the leafy countryside along the Garw Valley Community Route (884)? It’s a reasonably easy cycle trail that runs from Bryngarw Country Park to Blaengarw and links with other routes, like the Ogmore Valley, Kenfig Hill and Celtic trails. National Cycle Route 4 also passes close to the park on its way from Bridgend to Port Talbot.
Should you wish to stop for a drink and a bite to eat in our cafe, we have a cycle shelter just adjacent to the visitor centre. In keeping with its environment, the cycle shelter has a green sedum roof, made up of a variety of perennial wild flowering plants to encourage biodiversity.
With great views and plenty of wildlife to spot, Bryngarw is a top spot for a spin on your bike!
