We are so pleased that Bryngarw Mushrooms are being used in dishes across Awen venues and beyond.
Grown and cultivated in B-Leaf by our trainees, who are adults with learning disabilities, the exotic oyster mushrooms are being supplied to the Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl and Bryngarw House.
Available in several dishes, including wedding breakfasts in Bryngarw House and the vegan breakfast in the Grand Pavilion, our chefs have been very impressed by the quality of the produce and are planning to incorporate them in more dishes across the menu.
Outside of Awen, our exotic mushrooms are being supplied to Star Inn, Troes and samples have been distributed to other local cafes and restaurants to sample.
